About the job

We are recruiting for proactive and energetic Recruitment Researchers to join our Hong Kong headquarters. You will take on a unique, influential and high-impact role at a very exciting time for Prenetics.

This position will begin with a 12-month contract and with the potential opportunity to extend the contract to a permanent role after organizational and performance review when the initial 12-month period ends.

We move fast and develop a lot of ideas so you will have to keep up with our pace and be a catalyst to positive change. You will be great at prioritizing tasks in a busy environment and be able to show that you can hit deadlines and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Recruitment team to shortlist suitable candidates, conduct market research, handle advertisement responses through various recruitment channels and social media platforms
  • Present search findings, carry out initial screening, and arrange follow up interviews
  • Proactively communicate and partner with senior and junior recruiters to maximize candidate experience
  • Responsible for candidate database and ensure the data system is well-maintained with all data/information being accurate
  • Opportunities to provide support in market mapping and market research
  • Facilitate headhunting projects and unique talent and profiles hunting as required

Requirements

  • Minimal experience - minimum 1 year of internship or work experience would be advantageous. Fluency in English communication is highly preferred.
  • Ownership - Has aspirations to be a charismatic Recruitment Subject Matter Expert in supporting a fast-paced work environment
  • Has humor and humanity - is self-aware, empathetic, can be vulnerable, builds real relationships, willing to laugh at self, fun
  • Start-up speed and mentality - flexible, and can appreciate the crazy without judgement, works/ thinks at breakneck speed
  • Availability - immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - and constant change, able to methodically work through complex problems, set priorities and execute on commitments
  • Cross functional collaborator - plans well, prioritizes alignment, listens and asks great questions (up, down and around)
  • Strategic and independent thinker - passionate about your craft and delights in generating the right debates
